1. Cancellation Policy
100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in
50% refund for cancellations between 7-14 days before check-in
No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before check-in
Exceptional situations will be reviewed individually.
2. Deposit Policy
A security deposit may be required and will be fully refunded within 48–72 hours after check-out, provided no damages or contractual breaches are detected.
3. Privacy & Data Protection
All personal data is handled according to GDPR principles. Identity documents, photos, and references are securely stored and only used for verification purposes.
