9. Exceptional Situations & Additional Charges

The following situations may incur additional charges. This section is provided for full transparency and preventive awareness.

  • Loss of keys: €200 (lock replacement + security service)
  • Lockout: €80 (emergency assistance)
  • Late check-out: €50/hour
  • Smoking: €300 cleaning fee
  • Unauthorized guests: €150/night
  • Damage to property: repair/replacement cost
  • Excessive cleaning: €100–€250
  • Noise fines: passed directly to tenant
  • Loss of access devices: €100–€250
  • Appliance misuse: repair cost
