Beside there is a dining table with four chairs and the lounge area with sofa bed and TV. The apartment has a bathroom with shower. It is on the first floor and just have to climb few steps up from the entrance door of the building.

Located in the heart of El Born district beside one of the most emblematic modernist buildings of the city, El Palau de la Música. It is in a safe pedestrian area, a primarily residential and commercial neighborhood with traditional and modern shops, as well as a variety of world cuisines restaurants.
